Our Response to COVID-19

In this unprecedented time, our priority at New Sudbury Volkswagen is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our Volkswagen community. In order to do so effectively and efficiently, we have introduced some new measures in relation to our space and operations.

Simply give us a phone call to learn how we can provide convenient on-going services that minimize contact, and alleviate any burdens this may otherwise cause.


  • Our physical showrooms and waiting areas are open.  Our facility is open to serve you.  We do recommend an appointment for sales to ensure the best experience.
  • Face coverings are required while attending the dealership.
  • Our parts team and parts counter are open for business..  Our team can be reached by phone or email, and curbside pickup is available for all parts orders.
  • We have implemented social distancing requirements of 2 metres for all staff and visitors. During interactions please refrain from shaking hands and wash them frequently.
  • Our shuttle service is available but running on limited resources. We encourage all customers to consider dropping their vehicles off or coordinating rides to and from the store.  Is a shuttle is required, please book at the time of your appointment.
  • To protect yourself and others, we have instituted enhanced cleaning protocols, with a focus on high-traffic shared spaces and surfaces like door handles, counter tops, office equipment, and more.

Service Operations

During these difficult times our service team is here to help and as such we ask that you respect social distancing.  We encourage all customers to arrange for their own transportation to and from the dealership at this time.
